Double Blinded Reviewing
It is recommended that the reviewers evaluate the paper impartially, fairly and professionally. Moreover, they should also respect the secrecy of reviewing process, knowing that the paper is highly confidential. If the reviewers suspect a misdeed, they should confidentially inform the Editor in Chief about it and hide out their concerns from others and other sections until they have an official declaration from the journal.
